Announcements
Recon Inactivity - 6/8/13
Following the King's diplomatic voyage out of the Recon Empire to the United Kingdom, the empire shall be closed from 9/8/13 to 18/8/13. All events in the Recon Empire will remain frozen until Recon is open once again. Till then, we can only wish him on a fruitful journey. God save the King.
Highway Codes To Be Released - 6/6/13
The Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of National Development will be releasing the official Highway Code soon. This document will include the official names of all the highways in the country. This list had been drafted only after the "Link the Cities" Campaign. Through a rigorous discussion process, the list will include the codes for all major civilized lands in the nation, to aide the highway coding. The book is currently undergoing Crown Intelligence documentation and will be released once permission has been given.
"Link the Cities, Connect the Waters" Project Underway - 5/6/13
This campaign has been undergoing for one month or so, proposed by the Ministry of National Development, the crafting of Interstate and Intercity highways. Recently, the "Connect The Waters" has been added into the project goal, to allow tourists to view the nation entirely by boat. This project will include linking all major water bodies around Recon to make a superocean.
New State Borders Drawn! - 3/5/13
The Ministry of Law made a vast improvement to aid nationbuilding by redrawing and reallocating state and district boundaries, drawing out two more smaller states. Construction of Intercity and Interstate highways are also underway to further the development of Recon.

Survival Week Over! - 8/4/13
Last week, the Recon Royal Family headed away from Recon Civilization into the countryside to engage in a 7-day survivalist vacation. The vacation ended off with an adventurous journey back to civilization, headed by the Premier Tham Sheng Kai. As the Recon Empire was built to accomodate even survivalists, it has once again showed its marvellous inner workings which has allowed the survival of these men during the King's absence. Future vacations will be discussed soon.
